Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan offers the Pioneer Federal Check Card. A VISA product, the Check Card , allows customers to access their Pioneer Federal checking account through ATMs and/or Debit Card usage. The Check Card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted and at any ATM nationwide. Ask our staff about how you can get a Pioneer Federal Check Card today! The Pioneer Federal Check Card is currently offered with no annual fee although transaction fees may apply.

How to Activate Debit Cards & Set or Change PINs
We offer a toll-free 24/7 Card Self-Service Voice Response Unit for all cardholders. This safe, secure and PCI-compliant service will allow cardholders to call a toll-free number to active new, reissued or replacement cards as well as set or change their personal identification numbers (PINs). Call 1 (800)-992-3808 to activate or make pin changes to your debit card.

AFTER-HOURS DEBIT CARD SUPPORT
Call Fraud Detection Messaging Center for after hours debit card help 1-877-253-8964. This automated system will ask you for a case number, please press Zero (0) then pound (#). The automated system will say your case number was not found and ask you to enter your case number again followed by the pound sign (#). You will need to do this a total of three times before you are connect with a live representative to help you with your debit card problems after hours.

If you are a holder of an ATM/Debit Check Card tied to your checking account with Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan, I want to inform you of a change taking place effective September 10, 2008. Beginning Wednesday, September 10, 2008, your Check Card will not be usable in any foreign country including Canada and Mexico unless you make specific prior arrangements with us. This change is being made to offset the rapid increase in the fraudulent usage of debit cards – much of which originates in foreign countries whether you set foot in the foreign country or not. This restriction on foreign country usage minimizes your exposure to fraud as well as that of Pioneer Federal. Should you ever be in the situation where you will be traveling to a foreign country, simply contact our local office and we will gladly activate your Check Card for foreign usage during your trip or stay. If you do not now possess a Pioneer Federal Check Card, I would encourage you to consider obtaining one. This Visa ATM/Debit card allows you access to your funds at ATMs nationwide as well as gives you the convenience of using a Debit card rather than writing those routine every day checks.
